Our History

The McCabe Group has been providing executive, professional and technical search services since 2003. We specialize in the recruitment of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research organizations, and specialty and fine chemical personnel and executives.

At the McCabe Group, we focus on recruiting for your specific needs. We don't believe in trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.  We carefully and confidentially discuss with you, the client, what your specific needs are.  We then screen potential candidates in order to present only those candidates with a combination of professional and personal qualifications that will be an asset to your company.

Career History

Stephanie A. McCabe is the President & Managing Director of the McCabe Group.  She is a graduate of the Universtiy of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. 

Ms. McCabe began her career in the laboratory.  She has held positions in the areas of Research Chemistry, Formulations, Quality Assurance, Metrology, and Validation with companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Bacardi.

In 2000 Ms. McCabe began recruiting for a technical search firm based in Pennsylvania.  She subsequently began consulting for a firm based in Ponte Vedra, FL.  In 2003 Ms.McCabe incorporated the McCabe Group. 

Ms. McCabe’s background and experience has enabled her to develop the specific skills necessary for recruiting in this highly specialized industry, utilizing her understanding of manufacturing, quality assurance, and research & development to provide solutions to clients for a diverse spectrum of companies.
